Everything felt a bit outdated and dingy!!! The pool would be better with safety steps, the storm door was a nuisance, and there were some cosmetic upgrades needed in the room!!!

Just a smart choice for a weekend rest in Manasquan with great value for the price. The comfortable room had two queen beds, which made for a cozy stay. Grab coffee before leaving, as there's no in-room service!

I had a cozy two-night stay that was perfect for relaxing. the pool was inviting and the outdoor seating was a nice touch for soaking up the sun. It's a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The mattress could've used some updating since I felt a few springs, but it didn't overshadow my enjoyable experience! ☀️

twin oaks motel is an old-style place with real charm! it's super close to the ocean, which is a big plus. my budget double room had a fridge and microwave, and the towels were nice. i loved the outdoor pool that offered free beach chairs and towels.

could use some updates in the decor.

The Queen Room was cozy and had a full-size bed and a twin bed, which was cool. There was a fridge with a working freezer and a microwave. The AC was nice and cold. Super helpful that the staff lent me a hair dryer when I needed it. The pool was really nice, felt like we had it to ourselves. Even though the motel is by a busy roundabout, the noise didn't bother us at night. Clean towels and hot water were definitely a plus!

The room had a full-size and twin bed. A working fridge and microwave. The pool felt private and added to our fun. Road noise was minimal, allowing for a good night's sleep. A walk to the center was pleasant. Staff provided a hair dryer when needed. 🌊

Perfect for a family with kids

Had a great time with my family here. The pool was super nice and felt very clean. My grandkids loved it. The staff were more than friendly, really went out of their way to.

Prices were a bit steep, but you know what, it's alright.
